intellect is heading for the right path and
virtuousness, elevation of soul is almost
imminent. Virtuous intellect is a means to
realisation of soul. The wise man hears the
voice of soul. But the unwise, indulging in
selfishness, greed and ignorance, tends to
ignore the voice of soul. The result is that he
leans towards sins, unrighteousness, injustice
and falsehood. He is known as 'self-destroyer'.
The souls of self-destroying people go on
wandering about in many a dark life-form for
ages together. The wise is an awakened man
and listens to voice of the soul. The soul warns
us against sinning, practising falsehood and
wrongdoing.
