16. The Yogi, on realisation of the Supreme Soul, says:

was ciresent inside one's self ( even when he was in the womb);
He was existing in the past; He will exist in future; His face is
towards all sides, i.e. , He sees every body and every thing
everywhere; He pervades invisibly all his creations and in all
directions."
