11. One attains great peace when he realises that Effulgent
Adorable Lord, the bestower of
all
blessings, who alone is the
master (Controller) of all wombs (or species of beings), in
whom all this universe dissolves at the time of
pralai
(destruc-
tion or end) and in whom it again re-appears in manifold forms
(at
the time of re-creation).

12. See (realise) Him who is the birth place of all the gods
(i.e., the sun. earth, moon, stars, fire, water, air etc.) as also is
their place of dissolution, i.e., reduction to original prime subtle
matter
(prakriti),
who is the Lord of this entire Universe,
punisher of the wicked, the Great Seer (Possessor of Infinite
knowledge), obviously
Hiranyagarbha
(i.e. who holds within
Himself all luminous bodies and is Self-refulgant). May He
endow us with good intellect.
