13. The wise alone who realise and see inside their heart
one Supreme Soul, who is pervading inside all souls, who is
eternal among the eternal
(i.e.,
matter), who is conscious among
the conscious (souls), who is one among many (innumerable
beings) and gives fruits to all bein gs according to their good or
bad deeds, attain eternal peace and not others.

14. This Supreme bliss and reality of God cannot be com-
pared to visible physical objects (for He cannot be seen by our
physical eye). This is what the wise understand. Hence the
question arises as to how can we know
as
to how is He shining
in his pecular Self and how can He be preceived (intuitively).

15. He, the Supreme Soul, cannot be seen by the rays of
the sun or by the light of the moon or of the stars or by ele-
ctricity or by this visible fire. But it is through his brightness
that all these shine, and it is through His shining that all such
things shine.
