And O Soma, lord of energy, wealth and

advancement, master of knowledge and progress, by

the shortest time of the days ahead, bless and beatify us

with food for body, mind and soul, rich in lands, cows

and culture, horses, advancement and progressive power

You, who always excel, win or vanquish, who no

one can excel, win or vanquish, who advance and

destroy the destructive adversary, pray advance,

energise, purify and empower us too, winner of a
