(7) In His fourth phase, God may be viewed as neither
designing internally nor as diffused throughout external nature,
nor in the transitional mood between the two, nor fraught with
volitiona I consciousness, nor devoid of consciousness, but may
be viewed as invisible, incommunicable (by physical tongue or
