11 Do not have a greedy look on another's wealth, wife
or land. Treat the wife of another as your mother. Treat
the money of another as a piece of earth. The pious
people see a woman as per her age, as a daughter, sister
or mother, and look downwards.

with fools. One does not learn good things from them,
but if one adopts a bad habit like drinking, gambling,
smoking, stealth and prostitution; one destroys oneself.

Sometimes had teachers also spoil the students like
their own offspring, so avoid them. One picks up bad
habits due to lack of experience, leading to weakening
of the body and mind, and loss of happiness in life.
The glow, strength and intellect are dependent on

of our eatables. Eatables turn into juice, blood, flesh, fat,
bone, marrow and then into the semen. The body becomes
strong if it remains inside, and weakens with its outlet. It
remains inside by taking exercise, pure thoughts and not
taking intoxicating and stimulating articles. By reading
novels and seeing cinema and sexual pictures, to talk rot in
friends, not to take exercise, to keep unclean the urinary
organ and touching it frequently, lead to the emission of
the semen. This is harmful.
One should be free from masturbation also. One
becomes weak with wet dreams, and there is also the
memory loss.
