his duty and what is his objective. With such a sort of
intellect the man proceeds on the path of welfare of
the society.
26. Knowledge is the eighth element of Dharama.
Knowledge is the ornament of man. All men and
women should try to become intellectual. The best
knowledge is that which makes a man humble and
which reveals the secrets of Dharama and the universe.
27. Truthfulness is the ninth element of Dharama. One sage
has said that after learning the truth one has not to
repent. Then you need not take an oath. Truth is one,
and the doubts are your own creation. Truth is costlier
than pearls, and yearn for it.
Do not leave the courage on getting tired on the
way. When you reach Him, your effort will turn into
happiness. Don't say that the truth causes hatred, but
the opportunism of course gets you money. The enemies
caused on account of truth are better than the friends
becoming available through the flattery. Though the
man aspires for truth, but he does not own it while facing
it. There is no fault in the truth, the man does not accept
it due to his own cowardice.
28. The tenth element of Dhararna is Non-Anger. That is
not to go in a rage unnecessarily on every occasion.
By remaining in a constant state of grumble, one loses
the peace of mind. Patience, intellect, knowledge and
sense of duty are lost and many undesirable events
have taken place in the world due to anger. Just as the
